Description

Inserted in the Douro Wine Region, and located in Santa Marta de Penaguião, this terraced farmhouse, so characteristic of the Douro, and with a fantastic sun exposure, has in its entirety an area of ​​6.2 ha, of which 3.5 ha are of vineyard.
The estate has two wine brands, duly registered with the respective organizations, IVV (Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho) and IVDP (Instituto de Vinhos do Douro e Porto), both of which are being marketed.
The farm has 11.5 barrels of Beneffcio (authorization for Port wine).
The work of the harvest is carried out by a contractor from Vinha, that's what it is called in the area, and the farm has no caretakers.
The farm also has 80 olive trees, with an annual production of approximately 170 liters of oil.
There are also several fruit trees on the farm, as well as a vegetable garden with a wide variety of agricultural products.
The farm has a Rural Tourism Permit.
