This is the famous Monsanto property, with a project about to be approved for the construction of an eco-responsible rural village.
A sustainable village made up of 44 eco-villas located in the historic village of Monsanto (a UNESCO heritage site), as part of an investment of ten million euros, whose application has already been approved by Turismo de Portugal.
The 160-bed complex, situated on a 238-hectare agricultural property, will offer a sustainable lifestyle, combining tourist attractions with a total participatory organic farming environment.

The region's Iberian centrality, halfway between Lisbon and Madrid, is also an important asset.
In addition to the construction of 44 houses, the project includes the installation of:
- 2 restaurants, each with capacity for 70 people
- A support building
- A grocery store

The owner was already in contact with a German company specializing in residential management.
Annual occupancy forecast: around 153 days per house.
Forecast of annual rental volume: 1,500,000.00 euros.
